Bruce A. O’Very, M.D., Robert Cohoon, DO, Emily Fonua, FNP-C, and Sarah Horton, FNP
Dr. O’Very has been practicing medicine in Cache Valley since 1999 and founded Treehouse Pediatrics in 2004. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
Dr. Cohoon joined Treehouse Pediatrics in May 2023. He practiced pediatrics in the US Army for the last 8 years and loves working with all of his patients and serving his country,
Emily Fonua worked as a Registered Nurse for more than a decade before earning her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University. She is board-certified in Family Medicine through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is able to care for patients throughout every stage of life.

What ages does Treehouse Pediatrics see?
Treehouse Pediatrics in Logan, Utah, provides care for children from birth through adolescence. From newborn checkups to teen wellness visits, our providers offer continuous, personalized pediatric care to support your child through every stage of growth and development. Dr. O’Very is also able to see adults.
When should I schedule my newborn’s first appointment?
One of our pediatricians will visit your baby at the hospital after you deliver. After that, you’ll schedule your baby’s first visit within 2–3 days after leaving the hospital. These early visits allow us to monitor feeding, weight gain, and overall adjustment to life at home.
How often are well-child visits recommended?
Well-child visits are scheduled frequently during the first year of life and then annually as your child grows. These appointments allow us to track growth, review developmental milestones, provide immunizations, and answer any parenting questions. Preventive care is one of the most important ways to support your child’s long-term health.
Do you offer same-day sick appointments?
Yes. Treehouse Pediatrics offers same-day appointments in Logan whenever possible for ear infections, sore throats, fevers, coughs, and minor injuries. If your child wakes up sick, call us early and our team will do everything we can to get you seen as soon as possible!
