Dr. O’Very grew up in Salt Lake City, the Cottonwood Heights area, and completed both his undergraduate and medical school degrees at the University of Utah. He then completed his residency training in Combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center.

He is certified in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, which allows him to provide medical care to his patients from birth throughout adulthood. Dr. O’Very opened his practice in Cache Valley in 1999. When he moved to his current location in 2004, he renamed the practice Treehouse Pediatrics. Both Dr. O’Very and his wife, JoLynn, have loved raising their 5 children in Cache Valley, maintaining a love for the outdoors and an active life of running, swimming, and biking. They are now enjoying welcoming grandchildren to their growing family.
